Returns for Tableware
At DINNER PLATES AND REAL ESTATE LLC, we want you to be satisfied with every tableware purchase. If you receive an eligible item that does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service team before returning it.
Return Period
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Conditions
Returned products should:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Include original packaging and components when applicable.
- Be free from stains, chips, cracks, scratches, or other signs of use.
- Include the order information needed to identify the purchase.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns may not be accepted for personalized products, final-sale merchandise, used tableware, or products damaged after delivery through improper handling or use.
Refunds
Once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected, we will determine whether the return qualifies for a refund.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your tableware arrives damaged, broken, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact us promptly with your order information and details of the issue.
